The data exists. It sits in warehouses, spreadsheets, CSV files, and dashboards. But getting an answer requires knowing SQL, navigating complex BI tools, or asking someone technical to pull a report. For the vast majority of people in an organization — executives, policy makers, program managers, communications teams — the data might as well not exist.
Today we’re introducing Queryless to change that.
What is Queryless?
Queryless is an agentic data portal. You ask a question in plain language — “What was Sudan’s GDP in 2023?” or “Compare oil prices over the last five years” — and get a clear, trustworthy answer. A summary in plain language. A formatted table. An interactive report with charts you can share.
No SQL. No dashboard navigation. No learning curve. You ask, you get an answer.
Why we’re building this
We’ve spent over 20 years building data portals and catalogs. Our work has been trusted by governments and public institutions to make complex datasets usable by broad audiences. We’ve learned what works and what doesn’t.
What works: meeting people where they are, presenting data clearly, and never making someone learn a new tool just to get a number.
What doesn’t: assuming that if you build a dashboard, people will use it.
Conversational AI has created an opportunity to rethink data access entirely. Not as a replacement for dashboards, but as a layer on top of them that makes data approachable for everyone.
